Clearwater Dentist Frequently Asked Questions

The Experience

  • What is a "One Patient at a Time" office? Most dental offices are designed for volume; we are designed for focus. When you have an appointment with us, you are the only patient being seen. There are no double-bookings, no long waits, and no rushed doctors. The entire team and our therapy dogs are dedicated solely to you.
  • What is the office environment like? We’ve designed our space to be a "Solo Sanctuary." Our office features an open-air layout with no closed doors, large windows with natural views, and soothing music. It feels less like a clinic and more like a private spa.
  • Can I bring my own music or movies? Absolutely. While we play calming music throughout the office, you are welcome to wear noise-canceling headphones to listen to your own media.


Insurance & Payments

  • Do you take insurance? We are an Out-of-Network provider. This allows us to maintain our "one patient" model without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies.
  • Will my PPO plan cover my visit? Yes! If you have a PPO insurance plan, we will gladly submit all claims to your insurance carrier on your behalf. They will then send the reimbursement check directly to you. We handle the paperwork so you don’t have to.
  • Do you accept HMO plans? Unfortunately, we cannot accept HMO plans, as those require you to see a specific provider on a restricted list.
  • Do you offer any payment or membership options? Absolutely. We believe high-end care should be accessible. For our patients without traditional PPO insurance (or those who want more from their dental office), we offer In-House Membership Plans. We have three tiers designed to fit your specific lifestyle:
  • Basic: Focused on your essential preventative health.
  • Premium: For those who want more frequent care and advanced maintenance.
  • Aesthetic: Designed for patients who prioritize skin rejuvenation and cosmetic enhancements.
  • How do I sign up for an In-House Membership? Since every smile is different, we don’t believe in "one size fits all." We’d love to chat with you during your appointment about your specific goals. Once we understand your needs, we can help you choose the plan that maximizes your benefits and fits your budget.
  • Is there a cancellation policy? Because we reserve the entire office for your exclusive use, we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This ensures we can offer that time to another patient. Appointments canceled within that 48-hour window are subject to a $99 fee.


Your First Visit

  • How do I fill out my paperwork? To keep your time in the office relaxing, we ask that all paperwork be completed digitally via the link sent in your welcome email (if you need a new copy, just ask!). If you prefer to fill out paper copies in the office, please arrive 15 minutes early—but we highly recommend the digital version so you can walk straight into your "session."
  • Where do I park? We have a parking lot directly in front of the building with specially reserved spots just for our patients. If those are taken, feel free to park in any available space in the lot.
  • What do I need to bring with me? Just yourself and your ID! If you are using Halcion to make your visit more comfortable, please ensure your pre-arranged driver is with you and that your treatment has been paid for in advance.

  • What dental services do you provide? We are a full-service dental suite. We handle everything in-house, including:
  • Preventative: Cleanings and exams.
  • Restorative: Root canals, extractions, and dental implants.
  • Orthodontics: Invisalign clear aligners.
  • Cosmetic: Teeth whitening and Gum Pinkening.


Aesthetics & Skincare

  • What is XERF and Ultra? These are our state-of-the-art treatments by Cynosure. Ultra provides non-invasive skin rejuvenation, while XERF focuses on skin tightening and collagen production. Both are perfect for achieving a refreshed look without surgery.
  • Do you offer Botox and Fillers? Yes. As dental experts, we have an advanced understanding of facial anatomy, making our office the ideal place for Botox, Juvederm, and PDO Threading.
  • What skincare products do you carry? We exclusively carry Epicutis, a medical-grade, clean skinceutical line that pairs perfectly with our in-office treatments.
