Meet Our Hygienists
Nicole Osika C.R.D.H.
Hi! I’m Nicole, a Dental Hygienist at Clearwater Dentist. I’m originally from Georgia but have been in this area since 2001. Shortly after moving to Clearwater, I started working in pediatric dentistry and fell in love with the field. Since then, I have worked in aesthetic, general, and biological dentistry.
I live in the Safety Harbor area with my husband, 2 kids, 2 dogs, a cat, and a fish. I spend a lot of my time on the baseball, softball, and flag football fields with my kids. I enjoy Pilates/yoga. My motto in patient care is thorough but gentle. My co-workers are like family to me. I am happy to have Clearwater Dentist as my dental home.
Taylor Cole R.D.H.
Taylor is originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Florida 6 years ago to pursue new opportunities. She graduated from the dental hygiene program at St. Petersburg College in 2021 with her Associates in Science.
Taylor has always had a passion for helping others and an interest in dentistry, which is what drew her to dental hygiene. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys traveling, trying new places to eat, and playing her guitar. She is very family oriented and visits her family in PA as much as possible.

Lyndsay - Lead Dental Assistant
My name is Lyndsay, I’ve been a dental assistant for 5 years. I have a beautiful 9 month old daughter. Lina is my Belgian Malinois. I have two cats Spicy and M, as well as two chickens, Nugget and Mel. I love fishing and hanging out with my family. I love nature, my family and friends, working as a dental assistant, and laughing.
Tetiana - Dental Assistant
My name is Tatiana. I have been a dental assistant for 1.5 years, since I arrived from Ukraine. I am a 4th year student at the University for business management. I’m in America with my fiancé and my mother, but my mother lives in Boston. My dad lives in Germany. I love my family, traveling and animals. In Ukraine, I still have: my Grandpa, my Uncle with his family, grandmom, a cat named Foxy and a dog named Baron. At Clearwater Dentist, we have a super friendly team and we want the best care for our patients. I look forward to meeting you!

Colleen - Receptionist
My name is Colleen. I was a dental assistant for 27 years and recently transitioned to receptionist. I have been married for over 20 years and we have an amazing daughter attending University, pursuing a doctorate in anesthesiology. I love my family, friends, and coworkers. I find peace in nature and travel, and I love learning about other cultures. I am content with life and always ready to take on the future.
